Survey Terms & Raffle Rules
1. Purpose
This survey is intended to gather perspectives from clinical and translational researchers regarding barriers to longitudinal, multi-site, and collaborative clinical research, particularly in arthritis and autoimmune disease research.
Survey responses may inform future research infrastructure, collaboration models, and data access priorities.
2. Voluntary Participation
Participation in this survey is voluntary.
Participants may skip questions or discontinue participation at any time.
3. Eligibility
Participants must be 18 years of age or older.
The survey and raffle are intended for individuals involved in clinical, translational, academic, healthcare, or related research fields.
4. Raffle
Eligible participants may opt into a raffle for one (1) $150 Amazon gift card by providing a valid email address.
- One (1) raffle entry is granted for completing the survey.
- Participants may receive up to five (5) additional raffle entries through eligible referral completions submitted via their personal referral link.
The raffle winner will be selected at random after the survey period concludes.
No purchase is necessary to participate.
5. Referral Rules
Referral entries are awarded only for legitimate completed survey responses from unique participants.
The organizers reserve the right to disqualify submissions or referral activity associated with:
- spam,
- automated submissions,
- duplicate responses,
- fraudulent behavior,
- fake or disposable email accounts,
- self-referrals,
- attempts to manipulate raffle outcomes,
- or other abusive activity.
Entries generated through duplicate, incomplete, automated, or low-quality submissions may be excluded at the organizers’ discretion.
The organizers may request reasonable verification of eligibility before awarding the raffle prize.
Final eligibility determinations remain at the sole discretion of the organizers.
6. Use of Responses
Survey responses may be analyzed in aggregate to better understand barriers to collaborative clinical research and data access.
Any summaries or findings shared publicly will be anonymized and aggregated.
Individual survey responses will not be publicly attributed without explicit permission.
